Brainstorming no more

Was in a brainstorming session with a few interesting people, and our conversation went on to whether the term 'brainstorm' should still be used as it was deemed politically incorrect.

Apparently, brainstorm can also mean seizure and can be experienced by people with epilepsy. To be respectful to people who suffers the above problem, we can no longer use the word brainstorm.

So, a session where people gather to express thoughts and ideas is now known as... (wait for it)..
